Day 01: Delhi
As you reach the Delhi International Airport you will be welcomed by our representatives in a traditional Indian manner. After the airport formalities you will be driven to a hotel where you can relax for a while after which you will be taken on a guided tour of Delhi. You will be visiting the Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Shanti Van, Humayun Tomb, President House, India Gate and Qutab Minar.
Day 02: Delhi - Agra
You will be visiting Agra which is 210 kms away from Delhi. En route to Agra you will be visiting Sikandara which is Akbar's Mausoleum. Upon reaching Agra, you will be taken to the mesmerizing and awe-striking Taj Mahal, which was built by Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaj Mahal. The Taj stands on the bank on Yamuna River as a symbol of eternal love. After the Taj, you will be visiting Itmad-ud-Daula's Tomb who was the father-in-law of Emperor Jahangir.
Day 03: Agra - Fatehpur Sikri - Karauli
The next destination on your travel itinerary is Karauli, which is situated 200 kms away from Agra. En route to Karauli, you will visit Fatehpur Sikri the ghost town made up entirely of sandstone. Karauli is a quaint township which was founded in 1348. You will experience the serene pastoral environment of this town which is different from any other town in India. Apart from it, you will visit City Palace and Kaila Devi Temple.
Day 04: Karauli - Hadothi
The day is reserved for outdoor activities. You will be driven to Sapotra which is 40 kms away from Karauli. From Sapotra, you will start cycling towards Hadothi. On your way, you will stop near Morel River for lunch, after which you will continue cycling towards Hadothi. During the rest of the journey, you will pass through a number of villages and hamlets. You will camp overnight near the village Hadothi.
Day 05: Sawai Madhopur
After having breakfast at the morning, you will start cycling again towards Maulana Dungar, which is 20 kms away from Hadothi. On your route to Maulana Dungar, you will come across another river called Banas. From thereon, you will be driven to Sawai Madhopur. On reaching there you will be taken on a park ride to the Ranthambore National Park where you will see wild animals such as deers, sambars, cheetal, blue bull etc. There is a fair chance you could view a tiger as well.
Day 06: Sawai Madhopur - Jaipur
In the morning you will be taken on a round of the park as there is a possibility of spotting a tiger. Later, you will be driven to Jaipur which is popularly known as the Pink City of India, because most of the buildings in Jaipur are painted in pink, as the color symbolizes hospitality in Rajputana culture. As Jaipur is located at the edge of the Great Indian Desert, it, at times, is also called the gateway to Rajasthan.
Day 07: Jaipur
The day is reserved for complete sightseeing tour of Jaipur. You will be visiting the City Fort, which is magnificently built and is a gamut of Mughal and Rajput architecture, the Observatory (Jantar Mantar), Wind Palace (Hawa Mahal) and the local bazaars from where you can shop for traditional Rajasthani handloom, jewelry and souvenirs. Later, you will be visiting Amber Fort on elephant back, in an authentic Maharaja style.
Day 08: Jaipur - Bikaner
You will be driven 319 kms away from the previous destination to Bikaner. Bikaner is one of the princely states of Rajasthan. As soon as you reach Bikaner you will be taken on a guided tour of Junagarh Fort. Junagarh Fort till early nineteenth century was occupied by the ruling family of Bikaner. The art and architecture of the fort is so exotic and old that it is considered as one of the most intricately built buildings in India.
Day 09: Bikaner - Nokha - Bangarwala Bera
After Bikaner, the next destination will be Nokha which is 60 kms away. You will be driven to Nokha, which is famous for its sand dunes and camel safaris. From here you will proceed towards Bangarwala Bera on camel back. You will be camping at Bangarwala Bera overnight.
Day 10: Bangarwala Bera - Khagan
After having breakfast at the camping sight in Bangarwala Bera, you will be riding a camel to the next destination that is Khangan. Khangan is 19 kms away from the previous destination. While riding towards Khangan you will come across shepherds, caravans and various native Rajasthani tribes which will help you understand the culture and traditions of Rajasthani people. You will camp overnight at Khagan
Day 11: Khagan - Bhardia
The camel safari will continue today and you will visit Bhardia, which is situated 13 kms away from Khagan. During the camel safari, you will learn about the life of a sand dune how it is formed and how it continues shifting and reinventing itself. You will be camping at Bhardia overnight.
Day 12: Bhardia - Jhamba - Jaisalmer
This is the final day for camel safari. The last destination will be Jhamba. Jhamba is a small village famous for its handicraft and metallic jewellery. After completing the camel safari at Jhamba you will be driven to Jaisalmer, which is located 225 kms from the previous destination. Located deep in the deserts of Thar, Jaisalmer is one of the last princely bastions in the region. In Jaisalmer, you will be visiting Jaisal Fort, Jain temples and the magnificent Havelis.
Day 13: Jaisalmer - Jodhpur
This morning, you will be driven to Jodhpur which is 295 kms away from Jaisalmer. Jodhpur is one of the most distinctive princely states of Rajasthan. As soon as you reach Jodhpur, you will check into a hotel. After relaxing for a while you will be taken on a city tour, visiting Mehrangarh Fort founded in 1459, Jaswant Thada and Mahamandir. You will stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 14: Jodhpur - Ghanerao
From Jodhpur you will be driven 200 kms to reach Ghanerao, which is a small village set around some beautiful tribal villages. Ghanerao is famous for the metal utensils and hand-crafted silver jewellery. The best part about this night is that you would get a first-hand experience to live the life of a king at the Ghanerao Castle.
Day 15: Ghanerao - Bange Ka Bagh
After having a grand breakfast at the Ghanerao Castle, you will start your journey towards the next destination. You will be trekking on the Aravali Hills through tribal villages towards Bange Ka Bagh, which is a famous destination for nature lovers because of its thick forest surroundings. You will be staying overnight in a jungle lodge.
Day 16: Bange Ka Bagh - Kelwara
You will be trekking 12 kms towards Kelwara. While trekking towards Kelwara you will be visiting a number of native tribal villages. And it is also possible that you might come across some common wildlife. You will be spending overnight at a hotel.
Day 17: Kelewara - Kumbalgarh - Udaipur
This is the last day of your trekking regimen as you trek towards the Kumbhalgarh Fort. Upon reaching the fort, you will be relaxing for a while after which you will be driven 90 kms to Udaipur. On your way to Udaipur, you will visit Ranakpur Jain Temples. The Jain temples are manmade wonders as these are the masterpieces of architecture. On arrival at Udaipur, you will check-in to a hotel where you will stay overnight.
Day 18: Udaipur
The day is dedicated for an explicit tour of Udaipur. You will visit a number of places including the City Palace the manmade marvel, Jagdish Temple, Sahelion Ki Bari, the gardens of the maids-of-honour, Pratap Memorial, Fatehsagar and Lake Pichola. Udaipur is also known as the City of Lake. An interesting fact about the lakes herein is that they are not only famous for the scenic beauty, but also for providing a natural habitat to wildlife.
Day 19: Udaipur - Delhi
After having breakfast at the hotel you will be driven to the airport, from where you will be taking a flight to Delhi. On reaching Delhi, you will be received by our representatives who will drive you to the hotel where you can relax. If you want you can visit the nearby markets for shopping souvenirs or you can leisure at the hotel enjoying the indoor recreational activities.
Day 20: Delhi
After an early morning breakfast at the hotel, you will be driven to the international airport from where you can catch a flight to your respective destination.
